ASL PLC acquire Connect

Connect Business Systems Ltd becomes part of the ASL Group

With effect from the 1st March 2010, ASL have acquired Connect Business Systems Ltd (“Connect”) and they now become part of the ASL Group of Companies. Connect also has a telecommunications operation which ASL will not be acquiring.

Connect were established over 22 years ago and has been acquired to enhance the ASL Group’s presence in the Midlands and to build on the excellent reputation for customer service established by Connect over the past two decades. Connect will continue to operate out of its Bromsgrove premises, retaining its trading name and all of its contact numbers. The main Connect number remains 08704 282828.

We see this as an excellent opportunity for both companies to continue to develop and strengthen during these exciting times with all customers now enjoying full sales & service coverage across the Midlands as well as the East of England.
